What is Unnabi’s return and exchange policy?

  • All online bought goods can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase.
  • Damaged, used, replaced, altered, untidy or engraved products will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Make sure bought products are in the same packaging which is used to send the product and you also show the receipt and price tag.
  • All refunds (if applicable) will be made through a bank transaction or a cheque.
  • Any shipping charges involved for the product return will be managed by the customer.
  • Unless explicitly mentioned on the ad, or email, money back guarantee or exchange shall not apply.
